 Our primary business model is that of online gaming augmentation.  While I can and do provide hardware support services, programing and website / Mobile application development is the companies primary source of income.  We currently operate a website and discord notification service that provides game related information to players of Pokemon Go in the Atlantic Canada region.  https://pokescans.ca has been in operation for over 5 years however only became a part of RGIT as of Jan 1 2024.

Service Requests: No Request is too small, We have reasonable on site service rates for Non Profit Organizations and also for Small in home businesses. You don't have to worry about paying a huge surprise bill, I am fully transparent with all customers on rates and expectations.

IT Consultations: At RGIT we believe in thorough consultations before any hardware is ordered. It's important to have a full understanding of your organizations needs now and in the futre. To do this we will speak with everyone from the CEO to the Janitor to make sure that everyone's needs are fully met.

The key to an efficient office printer is maintenance. When delivering supplies or at any service request we will clean your printer and test all functions thoroughly. Attention to detail and accurate color consistency are also paramount.

If we can do remote connected repairs you will only be charged by the minute and not until you reach a minimum of 30 mins billable time.
